This gated community of 16 attached houses were built in 1969 by a group of architects, as summerhouses for themselves and members of their families. They picked the best available plot, close to the best available beach and put their joint skills to work to build the best possible holiday homes. At least two generations have happy childhood memories of summers spent here.
Many of the houses are still in the ownership of the original families and they rarely come up for sale, but over the last fourteen years, we have helped new families to buy and completely renovate 4 of these houses.
