Access is easy and can be reached in a normal car- no 4×4 is necessary. On arriving at the property there is a shared communal parking area ( the cortijo next door) and access to the property's workshop. A gate leads into a private area with LANDSCAPED areas with mature trees of which many are fruit. Down the pathway leading to the property to the right is a lovely shaded seating area for relaxing and enjoying a shelter from the Summer sun whilst enjoying the surrounding countryside. To the left is access into the property where there is a bright and airy entrance hall with a PELLET BURNER. To the left there is then access into the large family lounge diner, this is a great size and has a lot of light. To the end of this area via an archway is the sizable fully fitted kitchen. The KITCHEN is fully fitted with modern good quality units and appliances and also has a dining area for entertaining. A staircase from the lounge/diner then leads up to the first floor where there is a fabulous family lounge with a wood burner, air conditioning ( previously used as a bedroom), a separate office area and patio doors leading out to a stunning raised TERRACE with views right across the rolling countryside and the pool. A few steps down from the entrance hall leads to a hallway and to the left is a very large double bedroom with a ceiling fan and access to a patio area and the pool. There is also access from this hallway out to the patio and pool area. To the right of the hallways there is then a lounge with a kitchen, dining area and an air conditioning unit. A long from here there is then another large bathroom with a walk in shower, vanity unit with sink, wc and washing machine.

Outside this area with access from the hallway or large bedroom there is a COVERED TERRACE area with a dining area and areas to relax in and a ceiling fan. There is also access via an external staircase up to the first floor of the main house. A pathway then leads down to a very large sun terrace ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun and in the left hand corner is a purpose built bar area. The pool is an excellent size at 8m by 5m and is almost infinity with amazing views out to the open countryside.

The lower accommodation area is SELF CONTAINED and has a door separating it from the main house, it also has its own individual access from outside. Making it ideal for guests to stay.

Also in this area next to the covered terrace area is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen which is also covered allowing for respite from the long Summer days and again to enjoy al fresco dining. This area also benefits from having a bathroom with a large shower, wc and sink. Steps to the side of here lead to the left of the property and more spaces again with mature planting . There is a wooden shed and a chick coop here too, ideal for anyone wanting to add animals to their home, it then sweeps round to the entrance courtyard and to the house.

There is a large fenced area, enclosing the house and garden, separating the living space from the olive groves with double access gates, making it a secure place for pets.

The cortijo has over 120 olive trees, which are currently managed by an outside source but provides olive oil after each harvest.
