Villa Mahia is a project to build a contemporary 4-bedroom villa on a 970 m² plot located in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, in the same area as Villa Brno. The images shown are architectural renders of the planned design, not an existing property. The design is spread across four levels connected by a central spiral staircase, with the upper floors oriented toward the sea.

The main living floor is designed fully open-plan, merging the living room, dining room, kitchen, and terrace into a single continuous space with no barriers, opening onto a garden to the east for the family to relax in or for children to play.
