All of our available plots are located within approximately an 8km radius of our development area.

Choose the build size that works for your lifestyle and budget — from a 90m² villa to 295m² and beyond.
3. MAKE IT YOUR OWN
This is where your home becomes truly bespoke. You have three ways to create your villa:

Select one of our existing designs and build it to your chosen size.

Choose one of our designs and work with our team to change the internal layout and adapt it to your requirements.
