THE APARTMENT

The layout gives you an open living and dining space opening onto a private terrace, a fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms and [two bathrooms]. The second bedroom works equally well as a guest room or a study. West orientation means afternoon sun and sunset over the Atlantic from the terrace. The apartment is finished and ready to occupy.

THE DEVELOPMENT

A cobblestone promenade runs from the complex directly down to the beach — Ocean Bleu sits on the first beach row, so there is no road to cross and nothing built between the residences and the sand.

LOCATION AND ACCESS

Sidi Rahal Chatai is a 45-minute drive from Casablanca on the N1 corridor, which also connects directly to Mohammed V International Airport — Morocco's largest, currently expanding ahead of the 2030 World Cup and serving around 100 international destinations. El Jadida is a similar distance in the other direction. Several championship golf courses are within an hour's drive, and local schools and a hospital are close by.
