Our opinion
Chamonix Sud has always been a great investment location, with many of our buyers opting for a hybrid model of rental income combined with personal use this triplex is no exception. The added mezzanine allows the main sleeping areas to be separated from the living space, making the apartment feel much larger than its square metreage would suggest.

Location
The Helbronner Residence is located on Place Edmond Desailloud, at the entrance to Chamonix on the south-west side. In front of the residence, you will find a number of cafés and bakeries, as well as some excellent restaurants just around the corner. For access to skiing, the bus station is a two-minute walk away, while the Aiguille du Midi cable car is directly opposite.
