This cortijo is in a fantastic position. Just on the outskirts of Velez Rubio, so close enough to walk into town but in a stunning location.

The house does need reform, but the roof looks solid and so do the floors.

Distributed over two floors with an outbuilding directly to one side, which could be made into additional living space.

Solid stairs to the 1st floor where there are a further two rooms.

The land is just behind the property and has been well maintained.
