Full Description

Fantastic value with two properties on one plot!

This is an excellent opportunity to purchase two houses for a very attractive price. One property is habitable and ready to move into with only a few cosmetic improvements, while the second offers a renovation project with huge potential.

The setup is ideal for living in one house while renovating the other, allowing you to create your dream home at your own pace. Alternatively, the two properties could be combined to create one large family residence.

Although the current registered built area is listed as 150 m², there are actually two separate houses providing approximately 300 m² of living space in total. The properties sit on a flat 1,100 m² plot, offering plenty of space for landscaping, gardens, a vegetable plot, or outdoor entertaining areas.

The property also benefits from a garage, providing secure parking, additional storage space, or potential workshop use.

A versatile property with endless possibilities for homeowners, investors, or anyone looking for a renovation project with immediate accommodation already in place.

About Abanilla.

Abanilla is a typical inland Murcia town, which sits beneath the mountain El Zulum and enjoys views across the fertile landscape towards the Sierra de la Pila National Park.

The town is a labyrinth of narrow streets connecting to the picturesque squares with their fountains and monuments. Built on the lower slopes of the El Zulum, some of the streets are so steep that they become flights of steps. The central architecture is traditional, if often surprisingly recent. The palace, the church, and the council offices are all fine historic buildings.

The landscape is typified by a strange landscape of low earth cliffs and deep ravines filled with citrus trees, the town has good sports facilities for tennis and football, and the many kilometres of quiet country roads are ideal for the long distance runner and adventurous cyclist alike.

There are many walks from the town itself, and if you feel like a challenge, try the ascent of El Zulum, a tough climb, which in the heart of winter often boasts a snowy peak.

Abanilla is home to typical rustic cuisine of stews and meat based dishes, always taking advantage of the local produce.
