The villa has sea views from both floors and is located in a 2032m2 almost flat plot surrounded by olive trees and within an easy walking distance to the popular beach of Arillas.

The house has 109 sqm of living space plus 30 sqm of basement. The top floor apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan kitchen-living room opening up to a large veranda with great sea view. The ground floor apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a little kitchen/pantry and two verandas, a large one with sea view and a smaller one opening up into the garden. The basement has daylight, a seperate access and is equipped in the same way as the other two floors. It can be used in a variety of ways, e.g. as a sports room, home cinema, hobby room, music studio etc etc.

There is underfloor heating in every room on both floors, and also in the basement. All inside doors are carpentered of solid pine wood with integrated cassettes. The windows and doors are made of high-quality double glased aluminum.

The house was built without the use of polystyrene or similar chemical substances. The insulation on the concrete frame is made of foamglass. The walls consist of two layers of brick with mineral wool in between. Mineral wool was also used to insulate the roof and can also be found under the heating elements in the floors. This ensures very good thermal insulation to the outside, and also good acoustic insulation of the individual rooms.

A photovoltaic system with 12 modules provides electricity almost for free while still being connected to the main electricity supplier. There is also a small stonehouse in the garden which houses the building services, a 10,000 liter water tank and the solar thermal system.
