Chalet des Pistes is next to the Col de Voza on the slopes of Les Houches. It lies just on the side of the Coupe de Monde piste, which is used for the Kandahar World Cup downhill run. The chalet is 4km from the centre of Les Houches and 12km from the centre of Chamonix. The closest shops and cafés are at the bottom of the Prarion lift, just 2.5km from the chalet.

Les Houches is the gateway to the Chamonix Valley. The village is traditional and relaxed with breathtaking views over the Aiguilles de Chamonix. The village is a popular choice for those who want the peace and tranquility of a mountain retreat but with good accessibility to the hustle and bustle of Chamonix. 

Les Houches has 55km of varied terrain, suitable for all levels. Advanced skiers will enjoy the challenge of ‘La Verte’, a relentless, black-graded descent made world famous by the annual Kandahar World Cup Downhill Skiing events. There’s also a snow park and some stunning tree-lined descents. There’s a free shuttle bus into the centre of Chamonix which takes 10mins. The shuttle bus also gives easy access to the resorts of Argentière and Vallorcine. The airport at Geneva is an hour away.
