Location

Lauzès is a very pretty little village with a good range of amenities - the favourites being the village restaurant and boulangerie.  There is a stream that runs through the village and, being in the national park, as you can imagine, there are plenty of lovely walking trails in the area.  The river Lot with its’ spectacular cliff faces, riverside restaurants and wild swimming opportunities is just 10mins south of the village. Towns and villages in the area that are well worth exploring include Cahors, Figeac and Montauban.  Gourdon, Rocamadour, Souillac, Martel and Sarlat-le-Canéda are all to the north of the property.  The nearest airports would be Toulouse (90 mins) or Bergerac (120mins).
