We are pleased to present this beautiful house in the village of Chercos.
The house has two floors.
All the rooms are large and it is ideal for a country house or a B&B.
The ground floor is accessed from the wooden front door, on the right hand side we have a large living room with windows to the street, we pass to a separate kitchen and a dining room with wood burning fireplace, from here we go out to a patio and also has access to the street and a back plot for barbecue or pool area.
Back to the entrance of the house we have on the left hand side a double bedroom, to the front we have a double bedroom, a complete bathroom with bath and shower, it also leads out to the patio where there is a room for the gas bottles and a small bathroom that needs renovation.
Going up the stairs we reach a living room where we have four large bedrooms, an unfinished bathroom and a room that could be another bedroom or a study.
From here there is access to the terrace.
The house has been closed for a few years and needs a small reform.
