With the most stunning uninterrupted sea views, this villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens and offers seclusion and privacy, yet is close to Corfu town and the traditional village of Gastouri.

The villa is traditional in style, but with an unusual layout. Natural features such as exposed bricks, the stone from an olive press and natural wooden beams have been used throughout the house and add to the cosy, welcoming atmosphere.

On the ground floor, a spacious hallway is in the centre of the house, with a large airy lounge to one side. An open fireplace at one end of the room is perfect for winter evenings, and the large windows on both sides allow lots of natural light to flood the room. A brick archway leads to the dining area, which has built-in seating around an attractive bay window overlooking the pool and the view.
The dining room leads through to the well equipped kitchen, again with a large window overlooking the view and a door out to the patio and outside dining area.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with a modern en-suite shower room.

A gracious curved staircase leads from the hallway up to the first floor. A large master bedroom is at one side of the landing. This has built in wardrobes, and a patio window opening onto a large balcony from which to enjoy the spectacular views.
There is also a smaller bedroom, and a very large family bathroom.

The grounds of the villa have been beautifully landscaped to make the most of the views and yet ensure privacy. Mature trees line the driveway and around the perimeter of the land, and the infinity pool sits in the centre, with plenty of space for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade.

The house has been designed to be a year-round comfortable home, but is currently a very successful summer rental villa.
