Located in the Aude department, in the highly sought-after Étang de Marseillette area renowned for its irrigation canals, 20 minutes from Carcassonne and 30 minutes from Narbonne and the Mediterranean Sea, close to the Canal du Midi, in an attractive rural setting with strong tourist potential. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
