The hotel operator is responsible for all operating costs and expenses relating to the apartment throughout the year.
The rental income paid to the owner for 2025 was 6,640.40, payable in monthly instalments.
The management agreement renews automatically unless notice of termination is given by registered letter at least three months before the renewal date.
