STATE OF REPAIR
The elegant and luxurious renovation blends the authenticity of a typical Umbrian farmhouse, the structural part was redone in 2005, the systems in 2015 and the rooms in 2020-2022. In 2024-2025, some outbuildings and all the exterior areas were renovated.
