Kaniatiko house, is a semi-detached traditional family home on the edge of a small hamlet on the North of Corfu.
The main stone build part of the house was build in 1955 and gradually extended in the next decades.
At the moment the property's layout is spread into small connected rooms, each one meant for a propose. Once you go through the property's grounds on the left, there is the main door to the kitchen. On the right a door leads to a dining room with the kitchen at the back and on the right side is the living room and the two bedrooms of the house, both with sea views.
The house is surrounded by a big plot of land.
The all year town of Acharavi is approximately 8 minute drive away.
