Full Description
A four-bedroom villa on the coast at Kissonerga, a few minutes north of Paphos, looking directly out to sea.
The position is magnificent and the house is built to make the most of it. A pedestrian path leads from the property down to a quiet sandy beach, with access reserved for residents, and the turquoise water is in front of you almost every day of the year.
The house runs to 206m² internally with 85m² of covered veranda on a plot of 535m², and is crowned by a private roof garden with an overflow pool and a panoramic view along the coast. French windows and glass balustrades carry daylight through the interiors.
Floors are marble and ceramic tile set against granite and solid wood. Wardrobes, kitchen cabinetry, doors and ironmongery carry an Italian signature, with quality sanitaryware and fittings throughout.
The village has tavernas, restaurants and bars, both inland and down by the sea.
