Full Description
Set above the village of Vrisidi in eastern Crete, this restored 120 m² stone home sits on a 1,500 m² plot with uninterrupted mountain, gorge and distant sea views. Rebuilt in 2019 using the original stonework of a 150-year-old dwelling, it offers a flexible 2–3 bedroom layout with two bathrooms and generous outdoor terraces.
Traditional elements include two wood-fired ovens, a rock-carved WC and a partially completed pool. A separate outbuilding provides scope for converting into a guest studio, while the structure also allows for an additional floor to extend the living space and enhance the panoramic outlook. Positioned within the UNESCO-listed Sitia Global Geopark, the property combines heritage, privacy and natural beauty.
