The upper terrace has spectacular views along the valley and the surrounding mountains. It is partly covered and is the full width of the property. The lower terrace is also partly covered and has a stone stairway leading down to a beautiful lawned garden.
 
The rest of the land is in very good condition, some grassed and some terraced, with a variety of trees and shrubs, mainly surrounded by trees offering privacy and some lovely secluded spots. There is also a renovated building that used to house animals, this is now used for storage but would be a wonderful summerhouse.
