The house has a natural cooling, air-conditioning, modern ceiling fans through out, as well as floor heating and a coal effect fire. All the AC’s can heat the rooms also Fly screens have also been installed through out.
There are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a pull out sofa bed. There are 2 bedrooms each with king size beds, their own TVs and en-suite bathrooms , 1 bedroom with a double bed , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a pull out sofa bed on the upstairs landing.
The main lounge has large smart TV, and multi media. There are 2 wifi two routers in the house giving excellent coverage. There is a separate office space to allow a work environment.
The main floor has an open plan design with living room, dining and kitchen ideal for socialising. The kitchen directly accesses the side terrace. The side terrace has a gazebo with an outdoor dining table. There is also a BBQ on this side terrace. Downstairs we have also created a modern bar complete with a good sized snooker table and darts. There is off-road parking for 4 cars.
The private pool, gardens and terrace afford for spacious out door living. And its only a 4 minute stroll to a blue flag beach
