Full Description
It's a modest pavilion, without fuss. The kind of house that was still built with common sense, before everything became a concept.
It is there, posed as an evidence, faithful to the décor. Nothing has changed, or very little. An upright, honest building, which does not play the game.
It is reached by a small road which is not noticed until the last moment, like a secret which is whispered only to the initiated.
Inside, light enters without knocking. A bright living room, a large kitchen, a generous laundry room, four bedrooms just waiting for laughter, a simple bathroom, separate toilets — because yes, it's better that way.
It may be necessary to put back a little present. A brushstroke of the past, nothing more.

Insulating the walls, modernizing the kitchen, refreshing the bathroom? Why not. The icing on the cake is that the attic is large and (subject to administrative agreement) easily convertible.
But the essential is already there. The discreet charm of simple things. A house without an era, which prefers to last than to shine.
