This charming manor house was built in the fifteenth century, not far from an old port on the banks of the Sioule which had been used to send Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule wines to Paris since the Middle Ages.
It is composed of a rectangular main building with two half-timbered facades. A stairway tower flanks the west façade.
Completely renovated in the 1990s by Compagnons du Devoir, it has unfortunately been abandoned for about ten years and requires a new restoration.
Facing east-west, it develops approximately 225 m² of living space.
On the ground floor:
– The entrance door is topped with a stone lintel in brackets and opens onto a central corridor of 6.73 m² through it. It retains interesting and rare elements of the interior half-timbering which served as partitions in which a few wooden bars remain, between which was once placed a trellis of branches to attach cob and thus isolate the rooms. terracotta tiles on the floor;

The east side of the roof needs to be revised. Interior to be completely renovated.
Two outbuildings, also renovated in the 90s, are located to the east:
