Payment 3: Payment of building licenses.
Ongoing payments: Monthly payments for completed work, certified by architects.
Final payment: Upon signing the deeds for the new house.
Complete Project Management:

We are not the builders; rather, we organize and manage the project on your behalf with over 30 years of experience. You own the plot from the beginning and pay only for completed work, ensuring your investment is fully protected. In the rare event the builder ceases operations, you will only have paid for the work done, and we will assist in finding a new builder.

Estimated Purchase Costs:
21% IVA on plot price.
10% IVA on materials and labor.
Notary fees: approximately €2,000.
21% IVA on architect and management fees.
1.5% new build tax on construction cost.

Video Updates:
