Dwelling:
Come and discover the charm of this former coaching inn that has been in the same family for generations. Located opposite the Collegiate Church, this residence with preserved character is located in the village of HERMENT and has the first amenities.

On the 1st floor, previously used as a complete apartment, there is a large room with kitchen area, a living room, two bedrooms and a powder room.

Above, a large attic of 100 m² makes it possible to envisage an extension of the existing volumes which already represent about 240 m².
Land:
Built on a peaceful plot of 1860 m², the house benefits from a pleasant walled garden planted with large trees.

Accessible from the back of the house by an overhanging porch, it is also possible to access it via a gate from the street.

It is this same gate that travellers used until the first half of the 19th century to let their horses rest in the stable located under the barn before going to take possession of their rooms. Above the lintel of this stable is still the family coat of arms, of ecclesiastical origin.
Additional information:
The building retains an undeniable character due to its many fireplaces, original parquet floors, old vat rooms, molded doors.

Restoration work (electricity, door frames, heating, insulation) will be necessary to restore it to its former glory, but it is a local heritage that has not been distorted over time, which will appeal to lovers of authenticity.

Ideal for tourist reception projects in the heart of the Combrailles, the development of commercial structures (tea room in the stable, courses, training, receptions in the barn...) but also for families or collective housing vocations who are committed to living peacefully in an environment preserved from all nuisances!
