Small farm complex in remote location. House, barn, drying shed and bread oven all in need of renovation. Access by foot - 15 minute walk down a track, 500 metres - no vehicular access possible (no quad). Steep rocky terrain ( in part, vertical!). The first 400m belong to the commune and are part of a marked hiking track. After that, 100m down steep slopes to the house.
No electricity or running water and no possibility of connection. The property has spring water (not 100% reliable) 75m from the house. The spring does dry up, so some system to stock water would be needed.
The mobile phone network is good! No land line though.
No drainage for toilet/waste water. Solutions to these problems would need to be sought.
The house has two rooms - living room of 28m² and a bedroom of 19m². Over the top are two attic spaces and under the house, two cellars.
The roof and roof timbers of the house are in good order.
On the land above the house is a barn on two levels - total surface 58m².
Above that is a chestnut drying shed and behind the house there is a building of 18m² with a bread oven and a smaller building in ruin.
The land surface is just over 4 hectares but not suitable for horses/donkeys as too steep and rocky.
It would make a great totally untypical hide away. Superb views over the Truyère valley.
Twenty minutes by car to shops in Mur de Barrez (after the 15 minute walk to the road).

Le terrain de plus de 4 hectares (attenant et non attenant) est très escarpé et rocheux (en partie verticale) accès difficile - pas d'ânes ni chevaux.
Beau potentiel pour une propriété atypique où on peut passer du temps en plein nature sans voir personne! Belles vues sur la vallée de la Truyère.
Vingt minutes en voiture à Mur de Barrez pour les commerces les plus proches (après les 15 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la route).
A noter - ligne d'haute tension a proximité (100m à vol d'oiseau - 57m en dessous de la maison. Pas dans la ligne de vue).
