Aimed primarily at residents of inland and northern Italy, the initiative aimed to offer the opportunity to purchase a property at an affordable price in the countryside, where the air and climate are excellent, yet within half an hour's drive of beaches and ski slopes.

Heating is via hot/cold air conditioning, and hot water is provided in the bathroom and kitchen with an electric boiler.
Exiting the apartment, stairs lead down to the pool or up to a large panoramic terrace used as a solarium.
There is an elevator for those who don't want or can't climb a flight of stairs.
The stairs also provide direct access to the excellent restaurant and bar.
