Two Green Doors is a renovation project that can be configured to give various end results for a finished local traditional home.
At the moment the house is reached by some steps leading from the road through the village.
As you reach the house there is a courtyard type area with the two Green doors and a staircase.
One door leads to a room under the staircase which was originally the kitchen and still has the open fireplace where all the cooking was done.
The other green door leads to a room with a back door leading to a little alleyway and a small "communal area" for a possible small garden.
The main stairs outside lead up to a terrace and has access to the top floor which boasts a lovely light airy living area with views across the village rooftops to the valley and the sea in the distance [just a small snippet of a sea view] and a bedroom.
The main structure of the house is solid, with some work it will make a lovely village home.
Electricity and water are already connected.
Varipatades is a traditional village, with good access to Corfu Town and not far from the beaches of Glyfada and Kontogialos.
