Located in the Chianti Classico area, this property for sale is made up of an agricultural business and a holiday farm totalling around 3,400 m², complete with swimming pool and some 66 hectares of land.

The centre of the agricultural estate comprises a series of buildings that form the main nucleus of the farm, with a total surface area of about 3,000 m².
The buildings are in good condition and currently have an agricultural destination.

Over the years, the main farmhouse has been almost completely renovated and recently ventilated roof was constructed. The complex is entirely heated with the help of two biomass boilers (wood chips, mainly produced on the farm).

The stone main building has four floors with a surface of approximately 2,000 m².

There is a beautiful terrace with breathtaking views in front of the offices, which forms the roof of the basement cellar 235 m², which still contains the cement tanks used until a few years ago for the fermentation of the DOCG Chianti Classico wines produced on the estate, with an adjacent bottling room.
In the same building there is a second biomass power station that feeds part of the buildings. The buildings are in good condition and could easily be used for wine production again.

A charming annex of about 30 m² adjoins the terrace and is used as wine-tasting room.
A 76 m² warehouse used to store small farm machinery.

Another farmhouse (320 m²) entirely dedicated to farm holiday rentals is divided into five independent flats with a swimming pool (14.5 x 5.5 m) and is separated from the farm complex. Each flat is composed of a living room with kitchen corner and fireplace or wood-burning stove, a bedroom, a bathroom and a private outside space.

A building of approximately 130 m² is located in a slightly more private area. It has been remodelled with a large dining hall and a professional kitchen, complete with toilets and storage, in order to provide the agritourism facility with an environment suitable for serving meals and tasting the farm's products.

The property is completed with ca. 66 ha of land of which 1.6 ha vineyard, 10.20 ha olive grove, 6,900 m² plum orchard, 46 ha woodland, 5 ha fallow land and 2.5 ha gardens.
