The maisonette is located in the evergreen coniferous forests of the Trodes Mountains, directly in the resort town of Platres, a 30–minute drive from the center of Limassol and the Mediterranean coast.
This is one of the best and most prestigious places in mountainous Cyprus, a favorite vacation spot for many who are in love with the mountains.
In summer, when all vegetation withers, the grass burns out, the temperature rises above +35 degrees on the coast and there is nowhere to hide from the summer heat, coolness reigns in Platras!
Thanks to the pine forest, the climate of this place is curative, mild and excellent for all people, especially those with pulmonary, neurotic, hypertensive diseases, as well as for the elderly and children.
The temperature in this place ranges from - 5 C in winter and up to +30 C in summer. The windows offer a beautiful view of the slopes of the surrounding mountains and the blue sea. When winter comes, it often snows there.
Platres is a modern, well-developed infrastructure with restaurants, cozy family hotels, and a highway in the Troodos mountains.
A 10-minute drive from the complex is the top of Mount Olympus, where a ski resort with lifts operates in winter.
