Exclusively, Gallant Properties presents a racehorse training stable at the gates of Chantilly.

Located in Lamorlaye, just a stone’s throw from Chantilly, the historic city of horses, this training stable stretches over two hectares in a quiet, wooded environment. Designed in the 1970s, the “courtyard” was conceived to provide comfort and well-being both for the horses living there and the people working on the premises.

The stable was built starting in 1968 using quality materials such as Vaugirard bricks and Angers slate. It has been carefully maintained and is now fully operational. The barns, bright and airy thanks to their remarkable ceiling height, offer healthy, spacious, and comfortable boxes. The interior temperature remains mild and constant all year round.

- 106 boxes of 11.30 m² each, spread over seven buildings.

One barn with 26 boxes, including:
- 17 indoor boxes arranged in two rows separated by a central aisle
- 9 outdoor boxes attached to the barn

The stable has direct access to the Lions training tracks. It also provides safe equestrian access to the Aigles tracks in less than 10 minutes on horseback.

They are located 45 minutes by car from Paris and five minutes from the center of Chantilly.
