This lovely house sits on a large plot in the centre of Vélez-Málaga, just a short walk to shops, cafés, and all local services.

Double gates open into a big parking area with space for seven cars. Two cars can be parked under a carport. There’s also a storage room with a water tank.

To the back left of the sitting room is the kitchen, which has a built-in oven, microwave, and hob. There is plumbing for a dishwasher and washing machine. A door leads from the kitchen out to the terrace, garden and parking area.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom is on the left and includes a built-in wardrobe with a fold-away Murphy bed. It has air conditioning and is currently used as an office with built-in furniture. The second bedroom has a Juliet balcony and is currently set up with triple bunk beds. The built-in wardrobe can be easily removed to make more space. This room also has air conditioning.

There is potential to make the house bigger by extending the upstairs. You could also add a swimming pool and develop the garden.

The house was fully renovated in 2019. It has double glazing, built-in blinds on all windows, and good insulation. Even though it’s in the town centre, it’s very quiet when the doors are closed. The entrance gates are not electric, but the wiring is already in place if you want to add them.
