Set 600 meters from the road, the estate offers total privacy. Surrounded by over 200 fruit and nut trees, including peaches, figs, oranges, almonds, grapes and much more. Theres a greenhouse, raised garden beds and lots of space to grow your own produce.
The estate is almost energy self-sufficient with 24 solar panels, 12 batteries and a modern Victron control system. Water comes from a private borehole connected to a 4000-liter tank.
The main house has a traditional Portuguese design with high wooden ceilings, a spacious living room with fireplace, a modern kitchen and dining area and a bright orangery. There are three bedrooms, including a large master suite with dressing room and two bathrooms.
A large terrace with a heated pool completes the outdoor living space.
