Fancy owning a unique riverside shelter/refugethis ruin believed to be dated from the XVIII century, with 10sq m of footprint and 15sq m of outside area, can be restored under the Urbanism restoration law for existing buildings with certificate (issued 06/2025) of exemption of habitation licence. It's important to understand this watermill ruin it's not directly accessible by car or other vehicles, it's situated approximately at 40 to 50m distance from a dirt forest track and only accessible on foot (the footpath could potentially be improved).
This watermill shelter is situated next to a waterfall on a tributary of the River Alge, (check out the advert video) downstream from the popular Ana de Aviz river-beach in the municipality town of Figueiró dos vinhos
