About 1 km from the centre of the Municipality of Petriolo, in an excellent panoramic and hilly position overlooking the Fiastra River plain, Quattropareti offers for sale this characteristic former Rural Complex consisting of a Farmhouse Building of particular historical and artistic value dating back to 1760 developed on three floors of which the first two have a square plan and the third has a Greek cross plan.

The Building has been registered by the Regulatory Plan of the Municipality of Petriolo as a CLASS “A” FARMHOUSE BUILDING or as a RURAL BUILDING OF RELEVANT ARCHITECTURAL VALUE.

In the research on the dating of the Building, it is found from an extract of the Gregorian Map of the Municipality of Petriolo, dating back to 12 July 1815 (indisputable document), that this Building already existed before that date.
This document also shows that the Building was owned by the LEOPARDI FAMILY.
