This property is set in one of the most populated villages in the area around Bagni di Lucca, it has parking very close to it and easy access.
One enters in the upper ground floor into a hallway with a kitchen and stunning dining room which looks across to the Apuane Alps where the sunset can be watched.
It's an incredibly well kept house and it comes on two levels plus cantinas with lots of space for storage.
The entrance is on the ground floor with the stairs in front of the door and between the kitchen to the left and the living to the right. In the living/dining is also the one bathroom with a shower. Then comes a room that either could continue the living or make a third bedroom.
The two bedrooms are on the first floor where the terrace with the amazing view is. The rooms are nice and large so a second bathroom could be installed here.
The heating is central with an oil-fired boiler in one of the two basements under the house.
The village is very lively and has a very good restaurant and one pizzeria. Here's also a grocery shop, but Bagni di Lucca is only five kilometres away for all amenities needed. There is also an excellent Summer bar which holds regular events.
