The lounge/dining area has a large L-shaped sofa and a dining table which comfortably sits four.
The master bedroom has a double bed and balcony doors lead to the rear patio area with countryside views. The twin room is next door to the master and also has French doors which lead out to the front patio. All of the windows in the bedrooms have built-in mosquito nets.
In the garden, there is a pool which is kidney-shaped and totally private, with shaded areas for the warmer months. There is also a dining area at the back of the property.
The villa is within walking distance of the beach and tavernas and there are several supermarkets locally as well, it already has a good reputation as a holiday rental so can be used still for holidays or a ready-to-go permanent home.
