Auv 1143: Habitable house, outbuildings, ruin, garden, quiet, 440m2.In this charming little house, about ten years ago, a lot of work has been done. The electrical installation, plumbing, new septic tank, new Pvc windows with double glazing, wooden front door, bathroom, kitchen, attic insulation, all these works were carried out in. It is therefore immediately habitable.The interior size of the house is 40m2. There is a large living space (27m2) with a kitchenette, fireplace, built-in cupboard, beamed ceiling, concrete floor with floor covering, electric heating. The remaining 13m2 currently consist of a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and washing machine connection.The upper floor is a large space that retains the original height, or rather the lowness, which actually creates a very cozy effect.
