50% of the value of
the home after Act 16 is issued.

Deferred payment:

installments for the
amount for the 3rd installment (50% of the value) - without interest
within 1 year;
installments up to 3
years after the end of the interest-free period - 6% annual interest on
the remaining payment amount;
installments over 3
years up to a maximum of 7 years after the end of the interest-free
period;
9% annual interest on
the remaining payment amount.

The maintenance fee is 12 euros with VAT/sq.m per year.
