The location is excellent being just a short distance from the beach road (no through road, ensuring low traffic) in a peaceful residential area.
The apartments offer a total of 18 beds, and would be perfect for an owner/occupier. They are desirable rentals due to their proximity to the beach and all amenities.
The studios have space for 3 single beds (or twins and a bed settee) with shower room, kitchenette area and French doors onto the balcony/terrace. The 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor has 2 double bedrooms, shower room and kitchenette with dining area.
The other 2 apartments are accessed by separate spiral staircases and have balconies stretching around the building with great sea views. Both have 2 spacious bedrooms, kitchenette with dining area and bathrooms.
All the accommodation has air conditioning, the building is piped ready for central heating should this be required, and the water is heated by diesel, the most suitable for 'on demand' hot water for guests.
Currently the owners do not live on site, and several of the units are let on full season lets (May - October) but an on site owner could increase the income substantially with shorter holiday lets.
