On a lower level, currently accessed from a footpath around the outside, is a large space divided into a bedroom, small kitchenette and another modern shower room.
An internal staircase could be constructed in order to join the upstairs and downstairs if needed, or the two areas could be occupied independently.
There is also a small storeroom on the lower level.
On the opposite side of the road is a plot of land which has a really lovely view across the top of the house to the sea and the Albanian mountains. This plot falls within the village planning zone, so with appropriate permission it should be possible to construct another building or a garage. It would also be a great spot for an outside dining area with a barbeque.
This is an ideal little holiday cottage as it is only a short drive down the road to some of the popular resorts on the NE coastline.
