On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall with a passage through to the kitchen and separate laundry room. There is access to the lounge / dining room and a separate passage to the bathroom and two bedrooms. From the kitchen there are double doors out to the terrace.
There is a ramp from the front of the house to the kitchen entrance for easy wheelchair access. From the entrance hall there are stairs to the cellar and to the top floor. The whole house is tiled throughout with the same floor tile which is a light coloured simulated wood effect. The kitchen is modern with marble worktops and a breakfast bar and either white or grey cupboard doors with recessed handles. The walls of the kitchen are also tiled floor to ceiling. There is a door through to the lounge / dining room and both these rooms have large windows. — All windows have external shutters for security.

Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom with en-suite as well as another of the five bedrooms with a bathroom next to it.

On the top floor there are a further three bedrooms and a bathroom. The largest bedroom by floor area is on the top floor with double aspect windows looking over the surrounding countryside. Four of the the bedrooms have wardrobes and the fifth, being the largest, is designated on the plan as an office but is ideal as a bedroom.

There is a water softener at the property. The whole house is cooled or heated by two air heat pumps, one for each floor, on the mid terrace of the house. On the ground floor of the property you will find there is a garage separate from the house, part of which is a workshop.

The basement has an underbuild garage large enough for four cars accessible through an electric lifting door. There is also a large gym room, two storage rooms and the pool pump room.

There are three terraces, two accessible from the house and another large area surrounding the pool. The property is completely enclosed by a brick wall with a metal "peep proof" fence on top. Part of the area of the plot is outside the garden wall and is large enough for a large solar panel array or for grapes as the plot is surrounded by a vineyard. There is a very large terraced area at the back of the house which also contains the swimming pool. The gardens have many mature trees and shrubs having been planted several years before the house was completed in 2020. There is an irrigation system that uses agricultural water available from a local cooperative and this supplies water automatically through a network of irrigation pipes. This is a separate supply for domestic drinking water.

There is a stainless steel stairway up to the terrace on the roof which also has a stainless steel fence around it. This provides beautiful views of the surrounding countryside of the Sierra Espuña.

On the roof of the garage is a 9.9 kilowatt solar panel array which faces South and is inclined towards the sun. This provides sufficient power to run the air conditioning on both floors with power to spare which is fed back into the grid and accumulates a credit. With batteries it would be possible to become completely independent of the mains power supply for much of the year. The solar panels create a feed-in tariff credit which can accumulate and be used later in the winter when sunshine hours are reduced.

This stunning property must be viewed to appreciate what it has to offer.
