This 32 hectare wine estate, with three separate houses, is located in the rolling countryside of the Bergerac vineyards, just 30 minutes from Saint Emilion, on the hillsides following the Dordogne valley. With 25 hectares of carefully maintained HVE certified vines in the second year of organic conversion, which surround the buildings. The estate includes, in addition to the vines, woods, meadows crossed by a spring, three houses which are all in good condition. The main residence, accessible from the entrance, overlooks a courtyard. It is a stone Longère of approximately 240 m2 which extends into the winery.
