This exclusive development of 16 luxurious modern villas is situated on the Serena Golf resort, on the outskirts of Los Alcazares, a bustling Spanish coastal village with a host of amenities including a marina and beachfront promenade.

Villa Qala is built to the highest standard and consists of a lounge/diner with patio doors leading out into the garden and terrace with the option to add a private swimming pool, an open plan modern kitchen with feature island and fitted appliances including oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom and there is a further bathroom on this level.

On the upper level you will find two further bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a fully fitted guest bathroom, a large upper sun terrace and a further staircase which leads up to a private rooftop solarium where you can enjoy sea views and all day sun.

Los Alcazares is a bustling Spanish town situated on the coast of the Mar Menor, has a lovely beachfront promenade and marina and boasts a wide selection of amenities including banks, supermarkets, bars, shops and restaurants.

Four municipalities border the Mar Menor: Cartagena, Los Alcázares, San Javier and San Pedro del Pinatar. With a surface area of 135 km2, a coastal length of 70 km, and warm and clear water no more than 7 metres in depth, it is the largest lagoon in Spain.

The lagoon is separated from the Mediterranean Sea by La Manga, a sandbar 22 km in length whose width ranges from 100 to 1,200 metres, with Cape Palos in its south-eastern vertex making for the lagoon's roughly triangular shape. There are five islets located within the lagoon: Perdiguera islet, Mayor or El Barón islet, Ciervo islet, Redonda islet and del Sujeto islet.

Its relatively high salinity (which aids flotation), low waves, and remarkable sporting infrastructures makes it a popular place for a wide variety of water sports.
