A very unusual little country house set amongst a cluster of other country houses, within walking distance of the village, with good land, an orchard and plenty of parking.
Situated just outside the village of Benamargosa, and therefore within walking distance of good facilities, Casa Haza Mágica offers simple housing in a beautiful country setting and excellent outside space.
With easy access, remote control operated sliding entry gates lead into a very large gravel parking area plus a covered area to park vehicles in the shade.
To the right of the parking area, a few steps leading up to a very large terrace area, with a printed concrete floor. Here there is a wooden shed or office, a covered dining area, plenty of space for an above ground pool, and access to the house.
The house has a door leading into the entrance room, which is a covered porch area with glass windows and doors all around, making this room an excellent, comfortable winter living room (4.5 x 3m). Beyond, is the door leading into the main house, and the fully fitted kitchen/dining/living area (4.5 x 3.25m plus 1.5 x 2m). Off the kitchen is a store room (3 x 1.5m) and it would be easy to remove the wall dividing this room from the main area, hence creating a larger, single, open living space.
Beyond, a quality door leads through to a short passage, with a large bathroom to the left (3 x 2m), bedroom 1, to the left also, (4 x 3m including built-in wardrobe) and ahead, the main bedroom or bedroom 2. The second bedroom has huge sliding doors to the wardrobe and also to a hidden ensuite shower room (3 x 3m plus ensuite 2 x 1m plus wardrobe).
Next to the covered porch, a side entrance leads into a store area, where there are also steps that lead up to a huge roof terrace, with lovely views.
Back in the car parking area, is a fenced dog run with kennel, a covered area with a caravan that has been used many times as extra accommodation, and beyond, a lovely orchard area with several fruit trees including pomegranates, avocados, pears, oranges, lemons and grape vines. There is a second, totally flat area that could be developed as gardens, vegetable plot, etc. In this area is an ancient water deposit made like a concrete reinforced box, now no longer used for its original purpose. This outbuilding, which is around 5.5 x 5m, could potentially become extra accommodation, or it could be a workshop, studio, etc.
