The area is around 1 hour north of Malaga city and the coast, 50 minutes from the seaside town of Torre del Mar, 15 minutes from the nearest bars in Los Ventorros and 20 minutes from the picturesque mountain village of Comares.

The house is on two floors, renovated throughout (some finishing off required) and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on ground floor level, and a living room, kitchen (kitchen not installed yet), dining room or fourth bedroom, and bathroom.
