The most representative level is the mezzanine floor, which is accessed via large steps placed both on the front and on the back of the building.

Planimetrically, it has a central axis of symmetry with a staircase to the garden, a portico, a colonnaded entrance hall, a winter garden, and a rear exit staircase to the park.
The facades are plastered and decorated with pilasters, pilasters and cornices, while the colonnade of the entrance portico, located at the arrival of the entrance steps, gives the building the monumental effect typical of nineteenth-century architecture.
The building is located within a private park and has a double entrance of approx. 14,000, planted with native tall trunk species such as oak, holm oak, linden, horse chestnut, cypress and allochthonous trees such as palm trees.

The entire structure is protected pursuant to Legislative Decree 42/2004 and therefore by virtue of the aforementioned decree, the possible interventions on it may include only ordinary maintenance, conservative restoration and plant adaptation.
The park, even if not subject to an explicit restriction, must be considered protected and therefore equated to areas with a restriction of non-building.
