Pretty stone pathways lead down to a lower level, originally used for storage but currently used as accommodation.  This annex features a spacious lounge with wood beam ceilings, patio doors onto the terrace and wood burner, compact fitted kitchen, double bedroom and attractive tiled bathroom, making it a great space for friends and relatives.  With a terrace overlooking the pool, this a desirable spot to relax and enjoy.  If you wish, a staircase could be put in to connect this annex to the main house above. 

On the other side of the attractive pool area is another annex, originally designed as storage but currently used as a guest house for friends. This comprises a sunny lounge with exposed stone walls and fireplace, plus kitchen on the ground floor.  A spiral staircase leads upstairs to a generous bedroom with a door onto a sunny terrace overlooking the pool, plus a bathroom.  Patio doors from the lounge open to a lovely outdoor entertainment area.  This could be accommodation for staff if the new owner continues running the kennels.

There is an irrigated flat lawned area nestled amidst plenty of mature trees. Further down the path is a large fenced paddock which is situated close to the kennels. The kennels are run as a successful business and include 20 spaces for dogs and cats. This could be continued if you wish.
