Built on a private plot of 1600 m2, this 444 m2 project will offer one of the largest built surfaces on the market of Chania with beautiful green surroundings and unobstructed sea and mountain views.

The whole building is constructed along the lines of a sustainable, bio-climatic architecture, making use of large air-corridors and natural drifts, shade, and insulation to reduce the energy output and temperature control expenses. The large glass covered canopy on the top floor can open and so can the wind catcher chimney. Water-heat and sound insulated, with an underfloor heating system and heat pumps controlling the air-con system, a provision for solar panels for both electric and water heat, this building has left nothing unchecked. Korakies is a picturesque small village, 7 km northeast of Chania. The port of Souda, the main naval artery of western Crete is less than half an hour drive, while the international airport of the city is about 10 minutes away.
