Pithos is a village northeast of Corfu Island, it's a quiet, but a rather impressive village with only a few residents. The views are breathtaking and are seen throughout the property.
To access the property two sets of stairs take you down to the ground floor, on which the single building is located. It consists of an old-fashioned living room and kitchen, but with balcony views looking over to the sea. A few steps over, there is a two-floor building, accessed either by the ground floor or outdoor stairs. The upper floor is being renovated, floors and brand-new wooden cupboards have been installed. Three bedrooms, two of which have views towards the sea, and a restroom is located on this floor. Downstairs is also being renovated, but currently used as storage.
The land is massive, giving freedom of space to create a sitting area and a lovely garden. Also, plenty of storage rooms and extra land down the hill is attached to this house and is accessed via stairs. Private parking is also situated next to the house.
Interior renovation might be needed in some parts of the house. It's a great investment to build two properties, one could possibly work as a studio to either rent out or have it for family members, whereas the other one could be a two-floor house for either personal use or again for renting out.
